The duration of the IOSH Managing Safely®️ course depends on the study method:
When studied through in-house learning, the course is 3 days long.
When studied through e-learning, we recommend spending between 20 and 25 hours on the course. Students have access to the e-Learning course for 12 months from date of purchase.

IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing is is assessed in 2 parts:
A 20 question exam paper which candidates have 30 minutes to complete.
Candidates must also complete a workplace health risk assessment, using the IOSH standard form. This should be completed within two weeks of completing the course.
Many who study the IOSH Managing Safely consider studying the NEBOSH International General Certificate. Being the industry standard for health and safety specialists, the qualification is also ideal for those looking to begin a career in health and safety.
Do I need to pay for IOSH Membership?
Candidates do not need to buy IOSH membership to complete one of our IOSH courses.
Are there any entry requirements for an IOSH Course?
